💰 Refund / Publication Fee Policy
At HBS Quadnova Academic Publishers and Research Hub, we strive to provide transparent and fair publishing services to authors and researchers. The publication or service fee charged covers manuscript handling, editorial evaluation, formatting, design, and administrative support.
Payment of Publication Fees: Authors may be required to pay a publication or service fee once their manuscript is accepted or once the requested publishing service begins.
Refund Policy: Once the publishing or research support process has begun, the publication or service fee is generally non-refundable, as the resources and editorial work would have already been allocated to the project.
Author Withdrawal: If an author chooses to withdraw the manuscript after the review or publishing process has started, the publication fee will not be refunded because editorial and administrative work may have already been carried out.
